Content on this Site — including project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing and completion timelines for The Domus Privé, The Domus East and The Domus West — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal offer or contract of sale. Final terms are governed exclusively by the Agreement for Sale executed between the buyer and Aramus Ventures LLP.

Our projects are registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). RERA registration numbers and project details are available on the MahaRERA website (maharera.mahaonline.gov.in) and on the respective project pages of this Site.
